Pattern: Corner-to-Corner Dishcloth, Supersized
Yarn: Bernat Baby Boucle
Size: Is extra-ginormous a size?
Needles: US #10.5, metal (6.5mm)
Modifications: Did I mention I made a monstrously up-scaled dishcloth?!
Notes: Here I’m gonna drop a bomb- this project took me a year and a half to knit.
HOLY SMOKES, right?! It was time for it to stop taking up space in my closet, so I dug it out and finished it. It is totally and completely done. In fact, when I finished it, it was a surreal moment- such a big project, done.
It was called my “Never Ending Blanket of Doom” but now it’s my “Extra-Ginormous Cuddly Blanket That I Now Sleep With Because That’s Pretty Much the Only Non-Weird Usage of Said Project” blanket.
I’m still all whoah about the blanket, though. I can’t believe it’s done! Done! Done! I have a sock to finish and 2 crochet projects to finish before starting anything new….
Oy I think I need to learn a lesson or two. 😉
