I love to make banana bread. I like it with nuts, without nuts, extra banana-y. I just love to make it. I make it at least once a month with some old bananas that nobody had eaten. I really like it when it’s half – whole wheat. It’s extra delicious then. Eat it warm with butter, or cold. It’s good any way. I use the recipie from the Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book.  I suggest you try it.
