So I took a picture of a bronze mum this morning. I did some crazy editing to it on Picnik (because I’m too cheap for Photoshop) and I got the result you see up there. Yeah. Not particularly fantastic, considering the Mum is supposed to have this color:

Yep, I totally failed with the balances. I’ve heard from my Gram that it’s the white balance, but it’s some kind of balance that I’m still learning about because when I hear the word “balance” I’m thinking of the things they use to measure gold with back in the 19th century.
Today has been pretty awesome, so I’ll post tomorrow about what I did and the slightly awesome pictures I took, plus a duck that won a staring competition and the pains of wee mousie wumpkins.
